It’s getting more difficult. I’ve always been an emotional eater and I guess the stress is getting to me.
I ordered some chicken delivered. Between the order and the delivery I looked up the nutritional value of their cole slaw on their website and saw it was pretty sugary. Why do corporate chefs add sugar to everything? When the order arrived they had also included some tortillas I didn’t ask for.
I know, I know. I should have thrown them both away.. I actually did throw the tortillas away. I should have taken them out of the sanitary package and thrown them away, but I didn’t so they were easy to fish out. Disgusting, but I’m trying to be honest here.
So, anyway I had my biggest carb day since starting keto. Of course my fasting blood sugar shot up and my hunger and cravings retuned big time. I had a couple more bad days.
This stops now.
